Family Reunion Newsletters

The family reunion began in 1982, but no attempt was made until 1989 to publish a newsletter. Beginning in that year, my sister, Dorothy (Rebar) Polenik, assembled a small amount of information about events in the family that happened in the year prior to that reunion. She did the same in 1990. In 1991, I took over responsibility for the newsletter, and have published it every year since. The name of the newsletter, The Family Portrait, was not given to the newsletter until 1991, but I re-did the earlier issues here with that name just for consistency.
